Fahsir Catoe was last seen on Thursday night at his home on the 3000 block of Lemuel Avenue.
He was last seen wearing a black Adidas jacket and black sweatpants, black and red Nike Air Jordan sneakers and carrying a white and gray Adidas backpack, Camden County police said.
